The German Klaus Luckey (73) showed no mercy when he shot the sweet little puppy that was only one year old. With his advanced air weapon he aimed, shot and hit. The little pincher died on the spot. Klaus Luckey was arrested in his apartment from where he shot the little dog, and taken away by the police. He has broken many of the weapon laws in Thailand, the Pattaya police say. The police also claim that the German has tried to poison the dog before because it repeatedly had pissed on the tires of his 30 year old Mercedes that was his pride.

The owner (Pensi (54) and her family) of the little dog are crying. They are Klaus Lucky`s neighbors.

Many other dogs in the area died of the poison. Little Frank had to be shot.
The punishment can be harsh, the police say.
This happened Thursday 16.00 local time in the Theprasit Village at Theprasit road in Pattaya.
The owner of a Miniature Pinscher was determined to pursue all legal charges as far as possible against the German man, who shot and killed her dog for always peeing on his tires.
